Who is Tina Benéz?

Tina Benéz was created in Pittsburgh, PA. Exported like steel and Andy Warhol, she headed for the bright lights of the New York City downtown club scene, and has continued to shine brightly since her arrival. Tina's new CD, entitled Love Me or Die, was recently released on VMP/Rock Records. At press time, Tina Benéz is a bi-coastal variety performer, in constant demand by her adoring audience. She is currently in pre-production for her next tour, in which she will visit Southeast Asia for the first time.

"Really, my life changed overnight."

So what's Tina all about? Says one admirer - "Imagine Marc Almond and Amanda Leer's love child, raised by John Waters, on a diet of Hollywood diva movies." Tina took this persona to the streets of New York City, gaining new fans after each club performance. Then, her life changed overnight.In early 1999, Southeast Asia's premier DJ, Chris Ho, spotted Tina's star quality. The result of this union is the current music CD release Love Me or Die, on VMP/Rock Records of Southeast Asia/Thailand/Singapore.
